- Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Because of fast turnover, all returns must be back to our storefront within 15 days of the date received.
- Please ship return items to: P.O Box 2486, Weatherford, Texas 76086- PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A USPS POST OFFICE BOX. UPS OR FED EX WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- Buyer pays return shipping.
- We will provide store credit via a gift card or gift code to your email, as soon as we get your return. Items received on Holidays or weekends will be processed on the next available business day.
- Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.
- Rebranded items, earrings, & bralets are FINAL SALE for hygienic purposes.
- Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). Items must have tags for If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay shipping.
- Customer is responsible for returning items for store credit.
- Branding Iron Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
Once order is paid for, it takes on average 2 business days to process and pack order. Order then takes on average 3-5 days for delivery.
Damaged items must be returned in three business days. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
